Turn-around and Payment
Star works to a timetable of 7-10 working days. Day 1 is the date your scrap is collected or shipped from your premises. Refining is completed between Day 3 and 5 depending on the type of material and sent to the independent assay office, with assay results returned to Star by Day 5 to 7. The assay is audited by Star and the assay report and payment are sent out to the client between Day 7 and Day 9. We won’t keep you waiting for your payment!
