Turn-around and Payment
Star works to a timetable of 5-7 working days. Day 1 is the date your scrap is collected or shipped from your premises. Refining is completed on Day 3 and sent to the independent assay office, with assay results returned to Star by Day 5. The assay is audited by Star and the assay report and payment are sent out to the client no later than Day 7. We won’t keep you waiting for your payment!
